WHAT TYPE OF NDIS PLAN DO YOU HAVE?
There are 3 ways to manage your NDIS funding. Self-Managed, Plan Managed or NDIA Managed (also known as Agency Managed).

This can seem quite daunting at first, so we encourage you contact our friendly staff who will help & advise you on the best way to proceed.
SELF MANAGED

You have direct access to your NDIS funds.
- You are reimbursed at a later date for purchases made.
If you fit the above criteria, you can begin purchasing from our webstore right away. Please register for an account via the link provided so that you can begin shopping. Payment will need to be made via credit card at the checkout screen.
PLAN MANAGED or NDIA MANAGED (also known as AGENCY MANAGED)
- If you are Plan Managed, a plan manager or support coordinator manages paying for your goods covered by the NDIS.
- If you are NDIA (or Agency) Managed, Your orders are paid for via the NDIS portal.
